Our Inspiration

We know that not everyone has exactly the same perspective about what's considered healthy. Different body types and lifestyles may require different amounts of calories and specific nutritional components, but regardless of the dietary guidelines we choose to follow, there are a few things that most healthy individuals have in common – they eat minimally processed food using nutrient rich ingredients, they chew their food well, and they dine in good company and in a relaxed state of mind. Paul Pitchford
